I am based in South Africa and Europe, and I'm managing the daily business within Surf’n’Curve Ltd., nationally and internationally. Recently I run the South African Kite Windsurf Cup at Mykonos, Langebaan. I am long time Windsurfer and since 2013 dedicated Speed Windsurfer and member of the committee of ISWC (International Speed Windsurfing Class).

Owner of one of the biggest Security Companies in South Africa based in Cape Town (www.grinnell.co.za). My dedication to the sports and longtime Speed sailor, made me the third fastest man in Speed sailing with 51.83 knots (95.98 kph). I am also the World record holder on Windsurfing production gear since 2015.

European ambassador for Nikon / Pep Bonet (Mallorca, 1974) is an award-winning filmmaker and photographer who has travelled extensively capturing profound moments that represent the unbalanced world in which we live. His longer-term projects focus on African issues, with his most well known project being “Faith in Chaos”, a photo essay on the aftermath of the war in Sierra Leone. Pep’s ongoing work around the globe on HIV/Aids and identity has led to several photography books and many exhibitions worldwide.

Edward is in charge of the channel through the year and checks on everything around the event site!!!

Manfred developed and programmed the timing system not only for this event but for most windsurfing speed events around the world.
